VENDOR APPLICATION & AGREEMENT

Thank you for your interest in participating in one of our vendor events at CK Productions! For
more information on the event and to view all of our departmental descriptions, please visit
www.ckproductionsnewyork.com.

Within these events, we strive to offer our attendees a diverse selection of unique vendors &
artist as well as exciting products that they may not be able to purchase elsewhere. Vendors will
be admitted based on space availability as well as product distinction.

Please note the following important information:

To be considered, please fill out and submit the application, along with a full payment.
Booths/tables may not be shared
Anyone selling products must list what they will specifically be selling on the application
All tables are 6 long; booths are 8 spaces with a 6 table
If you do not have a website where your products/artwork may be viewed, you may submit
photographs via email of possible products you will be selling. Its not required, but it would
be helpful in making our evaluations and determining vendor placements!

Payment:
Payment is due with application. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.
