Of the primary and secondary psychopath characteristics Mr. Browne is established as

having perversely cruel (Pp. 126) primary psychopathic state of mind inclinations toward his

own involvement in the aforementioned homicidal incidences (Schmalleger, 2014). A family

history of similar criminal tendencies were presented by prosecution to myself and the jury,

decision making behaviorisms have been affected greatly due to those existent characteristics,

motivations connected to violating vulnerable persons exist, patterns of seeking as well as

creating an opportunistic atmosphere for criminal activity were proven, and premeditating

crimes while showing absolutely no remorse, but instead tallying up his violent actions as a sort

of celebrity feat do remain. Of secondary psychopath characteristics Mr. Browne walks a thin

line in fitting this definition of character makeup as well due to the fact of non-intentional or

remorseful tendencies being related to a secondary psychopath, most importantly for the reasons

of having 80% characteristics fitful of the primary psychopath behaviorisms. During Mr.

Brownes childhood reports show Browne committing a heinous crime against a kitten, he has

ladies were as simple as having hunger pangs in his stomach, Mr. Browne sought opportunity

and set the perfect stage for robbery, Mr. Browne established a plan of attack, the plan was

successfully completed, and police reportedly caught Mr. Browne on a surveillance camera

laughing or boasting about the murders shortly thereafter. According to research provided, a

brief description by prosecution was discovered as the defense has presented a valid cause for

Mr. Brownes primarily psychopathic incapacity to make rational decisions. Instead of going to a

food bank Mr. Browne wasted time, waited for night to strike, and followed up under the

influence of malnutrition with murder to obtain a food particle. There is definitely something

wrong with Mr. Browne, but we will wait on the MAOA gene discovery in full detail to conclude a

permanent resolution of treatment for the subject. Accordingly however, the MAOA gene is an

imbalance of enzymes that suppress the neurotransmitters in the brain stem (Schmalleger,

2014) which cause primary psychopathic tendencies leaving Mr. Browne partially liable for his

actions at the time of the crime.

resulting in a violation of the law, as well as the jurys verdict, and a position of evidence

establishing the defendants level of desensitization (psychopathy, Pp.126) presented by

prosecution has led to my decision today. Thus far, my recommendation is to suspend the death

penalty for reasons of insanity. However, court is recessed for conclusion of processing two

counts of consecutive life sentences on behalf of each victim deprived of life, two counts of

premeditated malice and aforethought obstruction in association to 1st degree assault with a

deadly weapon while in the commission of a felony robbery and prejudice on parole is withheld

until further evidence is presented by defense proving levels of enzymes present in the

defendants DNA. Reportedly as a result of traces of MAOA genes (NCBI, 2017) that have

suppressed and will continue to suppress neurotransmitters in the defendants brain stem, I will

also need bloodwork and laboratory findings on Mr. Browne as soon as possible. Parole and/or

Reentry hearing opportunities will be made available upon submission of evidence providing

frequency and composite levels of MAOA dating back to the time of the crime or in childhood,

relativity of the gene associated to parents or siblings, and lastly the types of treatment facilities

available to begin the process of corrections for Mr. Browne. Thank you.

Now regarding environmental considerations, Mr. David Browne comes from a family of

criminal offenders as presented herein, but from your perspective, geographical location, and

racial groups, as well as affiliation to any organized criminal and mafia controlled areaswhat

is the definition of a criminal, because the particular city Mr. Browne has been residing in

along with the racially similar family members that his deviant criminal rap sheet has gotten

invented in is well known for hate crimes against his racial group with public hangings,

destructive weapons swinging in crosswalks, organized gang retaliation, police brutalities,

national security threats, bank robberies, biological warfare, pedophile trafficking, cocaine and

heroin cartel trafficking, airplane hijackings and associated plots that tamper with FAA flight

schedules, abuse of authorities and Unified School District employees raping and frequently

molesting their students all for the sake and in the name of racial superiority and hair texture. I

must say first that your opinion are greatly respected, however when judging this case there is

just far too much terrorism in the particular area to conclude that this young man is the criminal

presented based solely on the historical violence reputedly patterned in this particular

geographical location. These factors are major issues taken into consideration for this

suspicious case.

My initial verdict until further notice is to accept the defendants plea of guilty, but under

the authority of recognizing the presence of major influencing factors such as mental incapacity.

Next, the sentencing will be as described and set forth case monitoring on a supervised

probation released into a halfway home under medical supervision for further investigation and

proper treatments, followed up with an annual community corrections audit for parole into a

shock incarceration review for house arrest into a reentry home accompanied by monetary

sanctions as well as ongoing psychiatric care, community service restitution in an undisclosed

location, and ultimately the opportunities of release into a secured medical facility may arise

upon submission of declaration by professional references.

I comprehend my judgment compared to the jury, prosecution and defense as well as the

defendants expert witnesses from the laboratory may attempt to contradict my conclusions of

law, but I leave you with the audacity to make your own personal decision as well. Regardless of

the legalities and measures utilized today to conclude findings of fact, and bring closure to this

case based on essential factors I beg to differ in challenging U.S. Constitutional protections.
