3's Football Tournament

Rules and Regulations

On entering the competition, the

participating member teams and their players
should:

a) Observe and comply with the rules and

regulations.

b) Participate in all matches of the

competition in which their team is scheduled
to take part.
c) Observe the principles of fair play.

MATCH FORMAT:

0 Each match shall last 20 minutes,

comprising two periods of 10 minutes,
with a half-time interval of 5 minutes.
1 If the score is level after regular time,
penalty kicks will be taken to determine
the winner.
2 If the score is level even after penalty
kicks,winner will be determined by toss.

MATCH RULES:

3 Any ball kicked above the knee is

considered to be a HIGHBALL and a
freekick will be awarded to the opposite
team.
4 If a team performs three highball,a
penalty will be awarded to the opposite
team.
5 If a player defends the ball standing
inside the D-Box,penalty will be awarded
to the opposite team.
 6 Penalties are to be taken from the D-Box
of one goalpost to the other goalpost.
7 Rolling Substitution.
8 Referees decision is final.

TEAM DETAILS:

a) A team should submit a list of 4 Players(3

players and 1 sub).
b) The teams jerseys must be uniform and
unique in their respects.
c) Players should carry along the necessary
accessories.
d) Players registered under any team are
forbidden to play for any other team.

TIME AND VENUE:

The preliminary matches will take place
simultaneously in the evening, preferably
from 3:30p.m to 4:30p.m

The semifinals and finals will be conducted

in the afternoon,starting from 1:30p.m.

The match fixture and scheduled date will be

displayed prior to each match on the notice
board.

TROPHIES AND HONOURS:

At the conclusion of the tournament

attractive cash prizes and awards will be
given under various categories.
