Twenty-seven years of missionary experience in Lima, Peru. Born in
Profile
Anchorage, Alaska, grew up in Wisconsin. Married for 29 years to Deborah.
Three children Joel 25, Elizabeth, 22 and Andrea, 16. Ph.D. in organizational
leadership from Regent University. Desire to influence for Jesus Christ
through leadership formation. Speak Spanish and English fluently. Currently
teaches with ProMETA, a Master’s Level Distance education program in
Latin America, Trinity Western University, and Grand Canyon University
.Also teaches at the Evangelical Seminary of Lima and Victory Center in
Lima, Peru. Served as Country Leader in Peru for 11 years and as Latin
America Director for six years. Likes to work on new projects. Spiritual gifts
are apostleship, leadership and teaching. Strengths are learning, cross cultural
astuteness and persistence. Constantly looking for the best ways to use
education and experience. Tim was recently appointed as a missionary with
Converge Worldwide-International Mission and is in transition to be the
Regional Director for Latin America with Converge.
