GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Price Basis Ex Works Gurugram

2. Auto Chassis The offered equipment shall be mounted on
Three Wheeler Chassis.

3. GST The GST shall be charged @ 28%. Any

variations (+/-) in the value of duty at the time
of dispatch, shall be borne by the client.
4. Insurance/Registration Extra as applicable/By Client

6. Octroi/Other Taxes & By Client

8. Payment Terms 100% advance along with order.

9. Warranty 12 months from date of dispatch.

10. Commissioning We shall depute our service engineer at site for
commissioning of Garbage Tipper and to
provide training to your driver/operator at site.
You organization has to arrange for boarding
and lodging, local conveyance for our service
engineer during commissioni ng of equipment.
