Finally, meaningful oral tasks (two oral interviews, two oral class discussions, two

debates-oral presentation, and five listening fluency activities) were also used as sources to

collect data. These assignments were based on the materials the leaners previously listened.

The information collected with these activities helped to determine that the development of

the action plan promoted listening. In summary, a total of 40 hours of application were

planned, executed and observed in the implementation of TBLT as a method to enhance

listening fluency. All the data were recorded, transcribed and carefully analyzed making

comparisons of the results of each one of the exercises to finally reach research saturation.

The tasks were implemented one a two

The implementation lasted 10 weeks and each assignment took three hours to be developed,
they were implemented once a week.

The participants had the possibility to listen to the audio resources at least four hours a week

before one hour in the class and three at home). After that time, they were asked to develop

each one the real-life assignments. During the development of the activities, the students

took notes, asked and answered question, paid close attention to their classmates, when they

were presenting the task. The researchers were also paying attention, evaluating the

performance of each leaner and participating of the conversations and activities like any other
