RESUMO
ABSTRACT
In spite of the large number of application and use of internal combustion engines, the motors
have as one of the disadvantages, the low performance seeing from the point of the energy
transformation, its cycle being carried out with a very different speed, it is not enough for a
realization from all over the world injected fuel and high loss of energy without state of heat,
arriving with its yield around 26 to 31% varying from application. As a result, improved
engine performance can lead to unintended sales leadership with no current market, more
demanding customers, and economy seeking. Followers makers come in for research to
improve this factor, giving way to smaller engines more powerful and efficient. The objective
of this research project is to improve the performance of the engine by improving the
operation of the turbocharger through the intercooler and is responsible for cooling the heated
air during the process cycle of pressurizing by the turbocharger without qualifying a
pressurizing heating the fluid, thereby enabling more reliability, safety, power and fuel
economy. Carried out the study, sizing and bibliographical revisions in the system, for the
improvement of the process of internal combustion engines
