Physics: FFC has its own Physics laboratory all the experiment about
physics is done in physics lab.
Chemistry:
Chemistry laboratory contain all the chemicals used to manufacture the
products and all the chemicals testing is done in chemistry laboratory.
Computer and Safety:
All the IT and and digital database is monitor in computer laboratories and
FFC has safety department like Fire department ,medical center and
security.

Manuals: Manuals of every equipment and apparautus used in FFC is available

What else they could be or should be doing?

Technical Institute:
FFC should established a technical institute so that every person learn different
technical things and FFC hire technicians from that institute
In this way they should not provide extra training to these technicians about all
the FFC equipment.
What they feel are the greatest barriers they face in their efforts?
There are several Obstacles FFC has to face in its efforts
Hire Extra Technicians: FFC has to hire extra technicians for the new institute
and
Decide Extra Wages : Financial issue is also one of the barriers FFC had to pay
extra to the technicians in the institute
Resistance to change: This is the main factors people dont want change in the
organization .
