I.

PUBLISHED RATES

Rates are expressed in US$ per person based on either a double or single room.
Rates do not include VAT for any guests according to Easter Island law.

II. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in: from 2:00 p.m. onward.


Check-out: through noon.
Early Check-in and Late Check-out are available upon prior request, for an additional charge of US$ 200 per room.

III. PROGRAMS INCLUDE:

• Round trip transport between the airport and Hangaroa Eco Village and Spa (according to timetables).
• Lodging at Hangaroa Eco Village and Spa.
• Breakfast, snack, lunch and dinner with all inclusive at Poerava Restaurant.
• Full or half-day excursions every day, in addition to hotel activities (according to pre-established schedules).
• Bilingual guides (Spanish-English).
• Children below age 2 are free provided they share a bed with parents or sleep in a courtesy crib.
• Child rates (CHD) means one additional single bed (only children below 12) in the same room as their parents.
No more than one additional bed per room and two additional beds per room in suites.

IV. PROGRAMS DO NOT INCLUDE:

• Extra amenities: laundry, phone, Spa services, mini-bar consumption, bar consumption.

V. BED AND BREAKFAST RATES INCLUDE:

VII. TERMS OF PAYMENT

INDIVIDUALS (1 – 19 people).
A payment of:

• 10% of the total reservation must be made within 10 days after receiving confirmation.
• High season: the balance of the reservation must be paid 45 days prior to the check-in date.
• Low season: the balance of the reservation must be paid 25 days before check-in.
• All reservations made less than 25 days prior to check-in must be paid immediately after receiving confirmation (in
all seasons).

GROUPS (20 – 150 people).


A payment of:

• 10% of the total reservation must be made within 30 days after receiving confirmation.
• High season: the balance must be paid 60 days prior to the check-in date.
• Low season: the balance must be paid 40 days prior to check-in.
• Reservations made less than 40 days prior to check-in must be guaranteed entirely upon receiving confirmation.

IMPORTANT:
Reservations for which no payment has been received are not guaranteed or confirmed by the operator and may be
eliminated, if needed, by Hangaroa Eco Village & Spa.

VIII. TERMS OF RESERVATIONS AND CHANGES

RESERVATIONS:
• Reservations must be requested in writing from reservas@hangaroa.cl.
• The guest will receive a confirmation number for each reservation that will serve as support for both parties.
• A reservation is confirmed only after receiving written confirmation with the corresponding confirmation number.

CHANGES:
• Changes in confirmed reservations will be subject to hotel availability.
• Changes must be requested in writing from reservas@hangaroa.cl.
• A reservation will be considered changed only after receiving confirmation of the change in writing.

IX. GENERAL INFORMATION

• Transportation times are subject to change under no prior notice, depending on Lan flights.
• Excursions are subject to change because of weather.
• No pets are acceptable except for guide dogs for the blind.
• Hangaroa Eco Village & Spa recommends that each guest carry his/her own accident insurance.
• Hangaroa Eco Village & Spa has one (1) room specially equipped for wheel-chair disabled individuals and all
entrances to hotel facilities have wheel-chair access.
