INCIDENT: Deliberate nonattendance of all Grade 10 students

Date of Incident: October 9, 2017
Reported by: Junmar C. Tagbacaola

At exactly 1:00PM on 9 October 2017, the Grade 10 students was

nowhere in the school premises during their classes in Filipino & English.
Immediately thereafter, the said unpleasant incident was referred to the
Grade 10 Adviser Mr. Policarpio Alga Jr. Later, it was found out that their
absence was deliberately done for some unknown reason(s).

I obtained permission from their adviser to lock the door from that
point of time since there was not even one of them present and/or at hand
to dispatch info/details and/or give account anent to their
nonattendance/nonappearance. Likewise, sign of absence was indicated in
my class record.

Just about 3:45PM, I spotted their uncertain, unusual, & sneaking

presence. They were coming one by one with repulsive reaction. I waited
for their unanimous, unpretentious, and meek approach should they be
remorseful of the incident but to no avail.

Identified students were as follows:

ACAIN, LEAH M.
AGUILAR, REOMARK R.
AMORGANDA, MAY KAILA G.

Mr. RODULFO B. SECRETO JR.

School Head
Liloy NHS-Patawag Extension

Sir:

The famous dictum of Plato states that, Educating the mind without
educating the heart is no education at all. With this, I fervently accept
as true that in respect to the aspiration of the Department of Education it is
thus imperative to impose sanction and/or whatever mode of reprimanding
what we may deem atrociously erratic gesture shall be dealt appropriately.

In reference to the incident report herewith attached, may I have the honor
to appeal your office to look into the instance and recommend whatever
appropriate form of admonition may be.

Should further discussion be resorted I am disposed to do so.

Respectfully yours,

JUNMAR C. TAGBACAOLA
