1. Main Screen

In the main screen are shown the different process that can be made through the Enervac System
automatically. To have access to the different processes and tools, first you must Log in into the
interface with the password provided by the department responsible. Also, you can turn off or turn on
the Enervac and check the status of the Alarms and Warnings.

To have a quick look on the Alarms and Warnings there are two indicator lights, red and yellow, when
the red is turned on it means theres a critical Alarm in the system; when the yellow indicator is on it
means, there is a Warning in the system.

It also includes a section at bottom right in which you can view the total gallons were loaded from Silo
2-3 to a transformer and from Silo 4 to transformer.

1.1 Log In Screen


To log into the HMI, you need to click on the bottom right button.

Once you click in the button, a keyboard will display in the screen, write your password and click in the
Enter key, and a message will display with log in and your security level.

1.2 Silo 1 To Silo 2-3


This screen allows you to circulate oil from the Silo 1 through the Enervac and deposit the oil on the Silo
2 and 3.

The screen will show you the different parameters of this process, the Valves that are active while the
process in ON, the Moisture of the Oil in Silo 1 and Silo 2 and 3, the differential pressure (PSID: Pounds
per Square Inch Pressure Differential) in the Inlet filter pump and the Outlet filter pump, the
temperature of the Enervac and the oil levels on the silos.

To Start the process, just click on the Start Process button, and once your silo levels are in the required
value, you can stop the process clicking the button again.

1.3 Drain Pipes


This process allows the user to drain the shop pipes through the Enervac and send the oil to the Silo 4.

This screen has the same indicators but only with the ones involving the process. The process starts and
stops in the Start Process button.

1.4 Shop Recycle Loop


This process allows the user to recycle the oil in the shop pipes.

Note: All the feed and return valves in the stations must be closed.

1.5 Recycle Silo 2 and 3


This process allows the user to recycle the oil from the Silos 2 and 3, through the Enervac and back to
the Silos. It also includes the status from Valves 8 and 11.

1.6 Shop Station Recycle


This process allows the users to recycle the oil from a transformer located in a specific station, the first
thing is to select the station in which the transformer is located and be sure that the pipes are
connected in the feed valve and return valve in the transformer.

Is very important to just select one Station, the controller is only capable to work with one station at a
time. Once the station is selected, click the Station Recycle button.

1.7 Silo 4 To Silo 2 and 3


This process allows the user to send Oil from the Silo 4 through the Enervac and finally into the Silo 2
and 3.

1.8 Station to Silo 4


The process allows the users to drain oil from a transformer into the Silo 4. First for this process you
need to choose a Job from the list.

The jobs listed in the screen are extracted from the Datay schedule, once the job is selected, the next
thing is to select the station where the job is located, is very important to select only one job and one
station from the list to have better control on the mineral oil manage and because the controller only
allows to work with one job at a time.

To Start the process, click the green button twice, once the process returns the oil from the
programmed from the transformer, it will stop automatically or to stop it manually you can press the red
button twice. The screen has the information from the process and a counter in the center top of the
screen that shows how many gallons have returned into the Silo 4.

1.9 Fill Station from Silo 4


This process allows to fill a transformer with oil from the Silo 4. The first thing is to select the Job that
you are going to use and the station where the job is located.

The jobs listed in the screen are extracted from the Datay schedule, once the job is selected, the next
thing is to select the station where the job is located, is very important to select only one job and one
station from the list to have better control on the mineral oil manage and because the controller only
allows to work with one job at a time.

To Start the process, click the green button, once the process finishes to fill the transformer with the oil
from the BOM it will stop automatically or to stop it manually you can press the red button. The screen
has the information from the process and information about how many gallons are needed for the
selected Job, how many gallons are already loaded in the transformer and how many gallons are left to
finish loading the job. It also shows the status from the Valves 8 and 11.

1.10 Fill Station from Silo 2 and 3


This process allows to fill a transformer with oil from the Silos 2 and 3. The first thing is to select the Job
that you are going to use and the station where the job is located.

1.11 Silo 4 Recycle


This process allows the user to recirculate oil from Silo 4 through the Enervac and back to Silo 4.

1.12 Manual Mode


This screen allows an advanced user to open and close the valves manually, also to turn on or turn off
the Pumps manually and check all the status from the Enervac.

1.12.2 Pumps

In this screen, you can manipulate the pumps manually, also allows the user to quarantine a Silo, check
the statuses from the silos, the status from the Enervac and finally, it allows the user to check the
quantity of oil loaded in any process from silo 2-3 or silo 4. You can reset the counters from the oil
gallons by pressing the green button named Reset Flows.

1.13 Important Notes.


1.13.1 Is important to know that every pump has an independent delay between 3 and 5
seconds.
1.13.2 The switches in the station areas must be on before start the process to fill a
transformer.
1.13.3 Make sure to turn off the heaters on the Enervac Panel after you finish to work
with the Enervac.
1.13.4 The normal state of all switches is down for OFF and up for ON.
