Shareholder Proposal:

Proposal submitted by: Reed Cycle, Build a Better Tomorrow Fund (BTTF)

Address: [INSERT BTTF BUSINESS ADDRESS]

Proposal prepared on: October 25, 2017

Proposal submitted to: Board of Directors, Solar Systems, Inc. (SSI)

Address: [INSERT SSI PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BUSINESS ADDRESS]

Proposal submitted on: [INSERT DATE OF MAILING]

Proposal name: Alternative Energy Focus

Purpose: The primary purpose of creating this proposal is to convince the management that the
company should refocus business operations to improve company value.

Details of Shareholder Proposal:

Solar Systems, Inc. is a corporation that purports in some marketing materials to [make]
a better world better for our children. The name of the company and relevant advertising
materials likely lead the public to believe the company acts with a focus on alternative
energy. SSI directors and officers should take steps to ensure business operations are in
line with this perception.
Company gaffes or contradictions can injure trust with customers and have significant
detrimental effects on the market cap of a corporation. If customers learn that SSI only
minimally utilizes solar energy, pollutes in the manufacturing process, and employs poor
working conditions the blowback could be severe.
Decision makers should begin a process of ensuring that all future operations align with
the apparent vision of the company. This could include changes to working conditions as
well as products. A goal of full solar power on products would be preferable. The
resulting goodwill for these changes would create a valuable asset and added returns for
shareholders.
This proposal satisfies all requirements under Rule 14a-8 of The Securities Exchange Act
of 1934. Build a Better Tomorrow Fund meets all relevant share requirements and intends
to hold shares for the stipulated timeframe.
