TUMBLE TIME! ONE, TWO, THREE

Introductory gymnastics classes geared to the developmental stages of children ages
16-23 months (Tumble-Time-One), 24 to 35 months (Tumble-Time Two), 36 to 48
months (Tumble-Time Three). Children and parents will enjoy exploratory activities followed
by instruction with emphasis placed on large motor skills and basic gymnastic concepts,
accomplished through music and varied activities on our Roll-Around and gymnastics apparatus.

Registration starts November 6 for residents and November 13 for non-residents.
Plus 2017-2018 RVC Recreation membership card for child. Card fee: $24 residents/$26 non residents
No refunds. Credit may be issued for a good and important reason before the 3rd class meeting (with 5% processing fee)

The Village of Rockville Centres Recreation Dept. recognizes its obligation to make our students and their parents aware of the risks and hazards associated with any activity. Students
may suffer injuries, possibly minor, serious or catastrophic in nature. By its very nature, physical activities carry a risk of physical injury and this risk cannot be eliminated. Parents should
encourage their children to follow all the safety rules and the leaders instructions. I give permission for the Recreation Dept., its coaches and other staff members to take whatever
emergency measures are judged necessary for the care and protection of my child while under its supervision.. In case of a medical emergency I understand that my child may be treated
by the local emergency resources (police, rescue squad) if deemed necessary. I waive and release all rights and claims for damages that my child or I may have against the Village of RVC or
its representatives. With all the above in mind, and being fully aware of the risks and possibility of injury involved, I consent to have my child participate in the program offered by the
Recreation Dept. I am signing this waiver of liability, consenting and releasing the Village from all liability, claims and causes of actions arising out of activities at the Recreation Dept. I am
registering for the above programs and I understand the NO REFUND policy.
