JOB DESCRIPTION
An effective communication with purchasing/logistics department, suppliers and end users ensures a timely
processing in order not to hinder production at plant.
The material coordinator has to identify and prepare all documents to code stored repairable equipment or
material with minimum or maximum threshold. He/she helps the repairable material Supervisor and planners
have all materials available when needed and help them find solutions if they have problems with the
materials. He/she ensures as well problem solving related to material anomalies upon reception to reduce
financial impact on production.

8. HSEQ
Be aware, understand and comply with the
Ambatovy Health, Safety, Environment and
Quality (HSEQ) Policies and associated
documentation.
Ensure that the work is conducted in
compliance with Ambatovy HSEQ
requirements.
Participate in the management of non-
conformances, incident and actions as
required.
Participate in HSEQ audits and inspections
as required.
Support the implementation of agreed
HSEQ improvement initiatives.
Understand and participate in the
identification of the HSEQ risk pertinent to
your work area.
Actively participate at HSEQ meetings and
related initiatives.
Act as directed in an emergency/disaster
situation.
General environmental duty not to carry out
