From the start, Logan has been an energetic and positive influence in the classroom. He genuinely
cares for the students and wants them all to be motivated to learn. He is saddened when students
make poor choices and encourages them all to do their best. Because of his deep caring and
willingness to really help students on an individual basis, Logan sometimes struggles with making sure
the rest of the class is on task. This is something that even veteran teachers struggle with and in time
with more work on routines will become easier. Logan demonstrates a passion for being with kids and
does a fantastic job in the classroom. He is not the kind of person to sit and let kids quietly fall to the
side. He is active in all their lives and takes time to get to know them even on a personal level.
