REFLECTION #1 FREEDOM
Our inherent freedom make us very
dynamic creatures and our action do not
necessarily follow a set pattern on
predetermined course freedom is the power we
want to be and the ability to decide and create
ourselves.
Freedom is rooted in the human
person`s self-determination and the exercise of
intellect and free will which means that a
person`s every action is freely determined and
these actions define him or her.
Person who are define their freedom by
other individuals, groups and institution are
dehumanized or everyone who controlled by
other are dehumanized.
REFLECTION #2
VOLUNTARIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES
Voluntaries and responsibilities is hand-
in-hand in determining a person`s freedom. In
any situation where a person is forced to do or
action against his or her will, it follows that he
or she cannot be held responsible for his or her
involuntary action, the realization of voluntaries
and responsibility in the exercise of freedom
give our actions and experiences a whole new
meaning. We can now reflect on our actions to
better understand them and guide us toward
making the best possible decision. Self-
reflection is a vital in the proper exercise of the
human freedom. As person, we cannot allow
ourselves to be slave to sudden emotion and
moods whenever we act. As free and rational
being, we must recognize the importance of
exercising freedom responsibility.
Reflection #3

deal with things which
are predetermined in
your lives?
The ability to acquire information and
truthful knowledge regarding a particular
situation is very important, since it aids us on
making wise and informed choices. Determining
the proper information needed before we
choose the best course of action is not easy, but
it is a necessary step to ensure that our choices,
decision and actions are proper, reasonable.
Predetermined things do not negate our
freedom but it give us opportunities to exercise
our freedom when we determine ourselves. We
should act well in any situation because self is
determined by the self.
REFLECTION #4
DIALOGUE
As a human being we have a conscious
mind to interact with others and through
dialogue it builds a deeper interaction between
two person and it help us build a good
relationship with other .A dialogue occurs when
two person open up to each other and give
and receive one another in their encounter.
Genuine dialogue occurs when two person are
willing to share themselves with one another.
The awareness of each others presence as a
true person is defined by the acceptance of
each others uniqueness and differences.
REFLECTION #5 EMPATHY

Empathy is an important aspect of intersubjectivity and is driven by a persons awareness of the

emotions and thoughts of other people. It enables a person to place himself or herself in the shoes of
others or in the situation of others and leads to a greater understanding and appreciation of others.
Human persons are actively aware of the emotional states of other people, and they use this
information to determine their own actions and behaviour.

EVERYDAY LIFE? DESCRIBE YOUR EXPERIENCE
Yes, every time I saw a person whose trying to do something. For example, when I was at the
city I saw an old women and its like she need help for lifting and carry her cargo because it is heavy and
I felt pity for her in that moment.

STILL ABLE TO CONTRIBUTE TO SOCIETY? EXPLAIN YOUR ANSWER.
In their condition or situation they might not but they gave us more rather than what we are
expected. They offer unconditional love, the kind that has no strings attached; it is pure, strong and real.
They radiate joy as they celebrate the simple things in life. They teach us compassion, acceptance and
humility. They remind us to be thankful for the many blessings that we have. They show us, in a
profound way, what it means to be whole. These how they are contribute to our society.

3. HOW WILL YOU BE ABLE TO SHOW APPRECIATION FOR THE SKILLS AND
TALENTS OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AND THE UNDERPRIVILEGED?
Despite of our differences in lifestyle, social class, and experience, our shared humanity allow us
to engage with each other respectfully and render assistance to each other. The act of assistance or
giving must be done in the spirit of mutual respect. One must extend help wholeheartedly without
reservation or a patronizing attitude. We help them in need not because we need to feel better about
ourselves but we do it out of an obligation to uphold the dignity of our fellow persons.
 Hello! Im Rosario Basilio Valdez, 18 years old from San Pedro, Iba, San Jose, Tarlac. My mothers
name is Marcela B. Valdez and my fathers name is Ricardo G. Valdez. I have 7 siblings and Im the
youngest.

Im an indigenous person and I belong to the Abelling Tribe in San Pedro. Im a small person, I
have a tan skin, I have a long hair and I have a 2 dimples that I got from my father.

I really love singing, and it is my hobby, Im thankful to our God for giving me this talent. Every
time Im in pain, I feel lonely; music is one of the thing that heals my feelings.
