AFFIDAVIT OF NON-TENANCY

I, JUAN DELA CRUZ, Filipino, of legal age, single and a resident of Davao City,
Philippines after having been sworn in accordance with law, upon my oath do hereby depose
and say:

1. That I am the registered owner of a parcel of land situated Barrio of Maa-Davao

City, Davao City covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-1656 of the
Registry of Deeds for Davao City containing an area of ONE THOUSAND FOUR
HUNDRED TWENTY TWO (1,422) square meters more or less;

2. That the aforementioned land is not tenanted and there are no tenant cultivating the
same;

3. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the foregoing facts.
