COLLAGES
INTRODUCTION
Our topic is a the Proficiency in Html Programming of Senior High School
Students in World Citi Collages, We know that programmers are the one
capable of creating and modifying Computer related concepts but Html
programmers are commonly at the highest in demand, it is know that the
Senior High School in WCC ICT students know how to program in HTML
but how proficient are they? What are the levels of proficiency in HTML
Programming? How will this affect student in ICT? These are just the few
of the question covered in our research, We are obligated to answer every
single question that includes our topic, to be foremost sure of our answers
we can relate that its hard to program if you have little to no knowledge
about HTML, this creates a hypothetical question to be answered later on
in this research, to us this subject at hand is at most conundrum for us
ICT students to be exact this is a crisis knowing that we can program in
that language but cant truly understand our level of proficiency.
STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

The study aims to find out the proficiency level of the senior high students (ICT)
on the programming language HTML. This study is to be conducted during the
school year of 2017-2018 on World Citi Colleges, Quezon City.

Ridicule the obscure matter at hand it also involves the approach needed to sufficiently
use and construct the basic research development cycle, an approach must be in their
terms not do demoralizing others with low proficiency level but motivate them to do more
and progress a lot harder in there programming concepts they take, it also includes the
skill that one individual has to scale their proficiency level as it affects it greatly , also the
understanding and knowledge of ones programming language also greatly weighs the
scale used in their theory, in his/her understanding that one that not has a stagnant level
of proficiency, in their theory many variables had a lot of co-relation with each other and
many branching sub-relations it may look as it is complicated but with a lot of attention to
details it makes more sense.
SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY
The findings of this study will provide a better information on how HTML
language can be proficient to the Senior high students (ICT) of World Citi
Colleges. This study is important especially to all student who's taking
the course of Information Technology because this findings will present a
language that can help them on creating a website.
SCOPE AND DELIMITATION
This research was conducted to find out the Proficiency of HTML language that
will be answered by the Senior High students (ICT) of World Citi Colleges,
Quezon City, as perceived by the teacher and students in World Citi College
during the school year of 2017-2018. The aspects looked into proficiency of the
language, with the information of the language, easy to used, and proposed
solution to the problem. The research data was based on the giving data of the
Senior high student of WCC, based on their experiences and interaction on the
HTML language. It focused on gender, age, track ,and strand of the students.
