Sri. M.M. Annaiah, is a recipient of the coveted and most prestigious Vijaya
Rattna award presented by Hon. Governor of Orissa Sri. D. Sathya Narayana
Reddy & Sri. Rajesh Khanna, Hon. Member of Parliament, during IFSI Seminar
at New Delhi on 20 October 1994, for his achievements in the field of Industrial
Security and Private Investigations.

He has participated in the 11th Security Skills and Leadership Summit 2016
and successfully completed the Security Managing Director's Course and has
been certified by Security Sector Skill Development Council.

He has been conferred with Life Time Achievement Award, by KSSA,

Bangalore, for his creative efforts, accomplishments, providing leadership and
commitment to the profession, presented by Sri. B.N. Bacche Gowda, Hon.
Minister for Labour, Govt. of Karnataka on 21 August 2011.

He has been conferred with the Founder Member Award, for his outstanding
contribution, to the strengthening of KSSA, presented by Sri. P.T. Parameshwar
Naik, Honble Minister of State for Labour, Govt. of Karnataka on 26 June 2014,
during the Silver Jubilee Celebrations of Karnataka Security Services

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Sri. Tharun Thimmaiah is a young, energetic Leader and Administrator,

possessing good vision for the future. He has a track record of proven ability,
to lead a work force, to achieve the task and objectives set forth.

Responsible for strategic decisions related to expansion of portfolio of service

offerings and Client Base. Working in proximity and with personal guidance
from his illustrious father Sri. M.M. Annaiah, Chairman of Eagle Detective
Agency (P) Ltd, Sri. Tharun Thimmaiah, has sharpened his skills and managerial
acumen in Administration, exercising Command and Control, over all spheres
of Operations, pertaining to Security and Private Investigations.

He is a passionate Animal Lover and Environmentalist. As a Certified

Professional Horse Trainer in Bangalore Turf Club, had a stint of Assignments
for ten years, during which, he has ably demonstrated his skills and qualities of
leadership. To his credit, he has also achieved top positions and participated in
several prestigious events conducted by the elite Club and has travelled widely
across the Country during his tenure.

Brings innovative ideas to improve operational efficiency all round, mandated

to lead the Company, as succession plan from his legacy.

Our CEO

Our CEO, Lt. Col. G.R. Prasad, a graduate in Mechanical Engineering, is a Rtd.
Senior Officer of the Indian Army, commissioned in the Corps of Electrical &
Mechanical Engg, which is the Technical Service Wing, responsible for
rendering technical services, which are driven by military operations and
Administrative functions, based on strategical and tactical considerations.
He possesses the expertise and wide experience of providing, relevant
Engineering support functions, covering, Planning, Installation and
Commissioning of Electronic Surveillance System, CCTV, Cameras, Intrusion
Alarm devices and Training.

He has a vast experience in handling crisis situations, man management and

Administrative Command & Control of large bodies of manpower. Besides,
during his tenure of service, he has also liaised and worked closely with various
reputed Industries / Organizations / Faculties / Institutions, stretched all over
the Country and also, covering various aspects of Customer Relation
Management.

Our AGM

Mr. John Peter is an Ex-serviceman from the Indian Navy, having vast
experience in handling Security Forces and crisis situations. He is also
specialized in Nuclear & Biological Warfare and Anti Submarine Warfare. He
has the proud privilege of having been specially chosen to serve in the Naval
Detachment, deployed at Rashtrapathi Bhavan, New Delhi, as part of the staff
of the Hon. President of India. Has been an Instructor and well versed in
imparting training to the Field Security Staff at all levels, on handling Fire
Fighting, First Aid, Theft, Strikes and other emergencies.

Experienced ex-servicemen and other field staff ably support the organisation
at all levels. They provide our clients with constant intelligence of their
organisations by regular monitoring, constant liaison and round the clock
vigilance of the operations at the units.

Business Consultant

Mr. B.M. Cariappa has been an entrepreneur in the field of land development,
farming and has been a franchisee with the department of telecommunication
in the field of marketing and distribution of communication products giving
him vast experience of sales and services.

He is a Life Member of Equestrian Federation of India (EFI).

Unit / Establishment area to be secured, to determine the optimum category &
strength of Security Personnel, encompassing installation of suitable Electronic
Surveillance Systems, for achievement of effective Cost Control.

Periodical review of the Security Arrangements in the Unit/ Establishment area will
also be carried out based on existing Security Threat Perceptions.

days of Classroom & Outdoor Training is imparted to all fresh recruits. This
training serves as the introduction to the major aspects of security work at the
unit level such as Duties & Responsibilities and other Standard Operating

Our staff is also trained to respond to situations like fires, strikes, gheraos,
labour unrest situations. Such situations also mean a constant review of the
work procedures, which in turn are disseminated amongst all our staff so that
