Purpose of the Module

To manage conflicts and face challenges successfully, as a part of a community,

through effective decision-making skills
Evident in our everyday lives, the social groups we belong and we do not belong to,
heavily affect our behavior as part of those teams or in any teams in particular.
The manner in which we reference ourselves with these groups determine whether we
would participate on achieving its goals as an organization, or not, and how active
or inactive we would be.
Created with the mission of organizing a fun-filled team building program which is
packed with activities that will challenge and teach Senior High School students to
carefully and efficiently address conflicts faced in groups through utilizing their
decision-making skills

ssion of the module, the 30 participants will be randomly divided into two groups.
These will be their permanent social groups for the whole team building event. Most
activities will include points. Not only will the 30 students be randomly divided
