INFORMATION

The undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor, Office of the City Prosecutor,

Zamboanga City, hereby accuses MATHEO S. SUNDIANG, of the crime of MURDER
under Article 248 of the Revised Penal Code (RPC), committed as follows:

That on or about the 24th day of February, 2014, in the City of Zamboanga
,Philippines and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the above-named
accused, armed with a Smith and Wesson Magnum .357-caliber handgun, with intent to
kill and evident premeditation and by means of treachery, did then and there, wilfully,
unlawfully and feloniously attack, assault and shoot two times with the said handgun
PEDRO C. TATUM, who was then unarmed, unaware, defenseless, thereby inflicting
mortal gunshot wounds on the fatal part of the latters body which directly caused the
death of the said PEDRO C. TATUM.
