Narrative The above listed subject was issued two Uniform Traffic Tickets for the above
listed charges after patrol responded to a complaint of a male subject that had
been sitting in the parking lot for a few hours. Patrol made contact with the listed
subject and detected the odor of consumed alcohol. The subject was asked to
complete a series of field sobriety test, which he failed. The listed subject was
placed under arrest and brought to the Potsdam Police Department for processing.
A breathalyzer determined his blood alcohol content to be .14%. The listed
subject was also issued an Appearance Ticket for the above listed charge because
while in custody the subject was also found to be in possession of a controlled
substance.
