[north field] Since from DEC 2007.HPHT High Flow Rate 100 MMSCFD Gas wells

Worked as Production Operator in Sam fire Engineering Services for ONGC in Mumbai
high offshore north field from OCT 2004 to NOV 2007.

Well head & Production Operation:

Independent operation of wellhead operating panels (Baker Panel).
Allied operations on unmanned offshore platforms such as

1. Production well testing using 3-phase separator and Multiphase flow meters (MPFM).
2. Waste oil clearance via Closed Drain Drum (CDD).
3. General maintenance of well head, test separator, water injection
Manifold, production manifold and chemical injection pumps.
4. Routine analysis of sand and BS&W.
5. Gas injection for gas lift.
6. Logistics of offshore material handling.
7. Pigging operation.

Well Testing:
Well experienced on surface well testing with high pressure & temperature wells, handled with
exploration and production well testing projects. Maintenance & Preparation of all surface well
testing equipment,
Mobilization and demobilization of equipment with safe manner.

Taking samples from appropriate location as required. Performing analysis of Crude oil like pour
point, BS&W, Sand analysis, oil API gravity, gas specific gravity checking with Ranarex meter
