I have been working with construction and contracting in the environmental compliance realm going on
16 years now, and Im confident my team will provide you with great customer service, with an emphasis
on understanding the challenges to meet the stringent Federal and State environmental regulations
required of local agencies.

The majority of the work contracted by the City of Carmel will be performed within City limits. Many of
our staff members have completed projects up and down the coast of California, allowing Soar
Environmental Consulting to have a working understanding of the different landscapes and cultures that
the California coast brings to the table. The headquarters for Soar Environmental Consulting is centrally

Soar Environmental Consulting is currently preparing an Initial Study/SEIR for Producers Dairy in Fresno,
California, for construction of a light industrial site. The purpose of the project is to expand delivery trailer
parking on the 1.83-acre site as part of Producers Dairys staging ground for transportation operations.
Key Project CEQA issues are the history and architecture of the brick buildings, noise and vibrations, air
quality, hazardous waste, traffic impacts, and land use from light industrial operations. As part of the
IS/SEIR, Soar Environmental identified potential site-specific mitigation measures and prepared a
mitigation implementation report.

Soar Environmental Consulting, Inc. (Soar Environmental) is a DVBE-Certified Small Business
environmental consulting firm that focuses on assisting stakeholders in meeting and maintaining
environmental requirements and policies, from plan conception through completion. Our tenets are
simple; based off military expertise and expounded upon through professional knowledge and practical
application, we firmly believe in the importance of safe work, showing up early, identifying and resolving
issues, governing the regulations, and producing superior work. We will focus on the environment so that
you can focus on delivering professional services for your constituents.

Our company is composed of professionals from the Central Valley of California; therefore, we not only
understand the endemic issues surrounding the environmental resources within the Central Valley, but
we also have hands-on experience with the requirements statewide. Our staff has successfully completed
projects within the Central Valley, the Sierra Nevada mountains and throughout the coast of California.
