following additions to our growing team of Consultants and Offices:

Heather Killebrew

Heather Killebrew has opened and will manage SFAs Bend, Oregon, office.
Heather began her insurance career as the dedicated account representative for
commercial national accounts, handling high exposure claims across the country. In
1999, Heather answered her calling to assist both sides of the resolution process through
structured settlements.
Heather has experience in structuring many types of claims, including medical
malpractice, negligence, product liability, aviation, molestation, professional negligence
and attorney fees. In addition, she frequently conducts training seminars and travels
extensively to meet with and guide plaintiffs and their families through the structured
settlement process. Heather has also participated in high profile cases, including the 9/11
claims and the Pan Am/Lockerbie crash.
Heather holds a BA from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and is a member of the
National Structured Settlement Trade Association (NSSTA). In her free time, she enjoys
skiing with her little boy, floating on her SUP, and administers a breast cancer support
group.
In addition to the Bend office, Heather also has an office in Long Beach, California.

MAHARI A. McTIER

Mahari McTier, has been in the financial services industry for more than 15 years,
servicing clients in the public sector as an Investment Banker, and in the private sector
as a Financial Advisor and Structured Settlement Consultant with Galaher Settlements.

Prior to working in the financial services industry, Mahari worked as a committee assistant
in the Alabama House of Representatives, a top aide to U.S. Congressman Earl F. Hilliard
(AL), and worked on special projects for U.S. Congressman John Lewis (GA) through
Faith and Politics. He also served his country from 1992 to 2000 as a member of the
Alabama Army National Guard.

Mahari has consistently been featured in local and national publications as a contributing
writer on a wide range of topics, from politics to finance. He has been a featured
motivational, business, and financial literacy speaker and seminar facilitator for many
organizations across the country. He holds series 7 (Stock Broker) and 66 (Investment
Advisor) security licenses and is also a licensed life and health insurance professional.

Mahari has offices in Atlanta, Georgia, and Birmingham, Alabama.

BRADLEY S. RUCH

Bradley Ruch succeeded his grandfather and father into the insurance industry,
having focused his business for the past nine years on high net worth wealth and
estate planning. He is a benefits producer for RH Clarkson Insurance Group and is
managing SFAs Louisville, Kentucky, office.

Brad was captain of the golf team from 2003-2008 at Florida State University, where
he earned a Bachelor of Science. He holds life, health and property & casualty
licenses in several states, and has a series 6 license. Brad is also the chairman of
the The Ruch Foundation which focuses on Hosparus of Louisville Nursing
Scholarships.

Brad and his wife Jaclyn live in Louisville, and have a newborn son.
