AFFIDAVIT OF CORRECTION
OF SPELLING OF SURNAME

I, NELIA FUENTEBELLA GONZALEZ, Filipino, of legal age,

married and with office address at 4th Floor, 349 Oppen Building, Sen. Gil
Puyat Avenue, Makati City, after having been duly sworn in accordance with
law, hereby depose and say that:

1. On ___ September 2017, I bought a parcel of land situated at Sitio

Davilan, Barangay Lantic, Carmona, Cavite registered with the Registry
of Deeds of Trece Martires City, Cavite under Transfer Certificate of
Title No. RT CLOA-57 containing a total area of FOUR
THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY NINE (4,259) SQUARE
METERS, more or less;

2. The sale is evidenced by a Deed of Absolute Sale and Joint Affidavit

Confirming Sale which are all enclosed with this Affidavit;

3. In the abovementioned documents, however, the spelling of my

surname as GONZALES is incorrect. It should be GONZALEZ;

4. Consequently, I hereby execute this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the

foregoing so that the certificate of title to be issued in my name will bear
the correct spelling of my surname as GONZALEZ.
