FIRST MEETING

The verb to be is mainly used to express states or feelings, these examples of the verb "to be" in the simple present
descriptions, definitions or general truth. To make questions tense - some of them are general, some of them are now:

How do we use the Simple Present Tense?
I am not old.
We use the simple present tense when:
You, we, are not old.
