2. PurchaseOrderQualityRequirements (POQR)

a) To perform Production Qualification Test (PQT) formanufacturingprocess (ifinvolvingheattreatmentprocess)

and coatingapplication prior to startproduction (onlyforthefirstorder).
This PQT requirement remains validforallCOMPANYsorders and no need to be repeated unless if essential
parameters of production and coatingprocessischanged.

b) To submitthefollowingdocuments in everyPurchaseOrder prior delivery of Finished Product to COMPANY:

i. Inspection & Test Plan, including % quantity to be inspected by COMPANYs representative for review
by COMPANY. (Upon request by COMPANY).
ii. Mill Certificate for each BatchorHeatNumber
- Mechanical Test Verification, random to ensure actual compliance to Code
- ChemicalComposition Test Verificationusing PMI orequivalentmethod
iii. Impact Test Certificate for A320 Gr L7 and B8 Cl. 2
iv. Impact Test Verification for A320 B8 Cl. 2, size 1-1/2 and abovebyindependentaccreditedlaboratoryfor
up to -196 degC.
v. Painting/Coating test report if any painting required.
vi. Warranty Letter
