1. That the present matter is pending before this Honble court and
fixed for today.
2. That the applicant is the complainant and today morning through
phone he had communicated that due an urgent work he was
going out of station, therefore he do not able to appear before
this Honble Court. The applicant non-appearance is not wilful.

It is therefore prayed that the personal appearance of the

applicant/complainant may kindly be exempted for today
only, in the interest of justice.
