PARENTAL CONSENT

I, MARY JEANAREN RAGUAL, of legal age, single, Filipino

citizen with residence and postal address at Curifang, Solano,
Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law hereby depose and state THAT:

1. I and Marlon M. Allascon are the biological parents of the

minor JINU R. ALLASCON who was born on October 26,
2010 at Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya;

2. Marlon M. Allascon who is now currently residing at

Toronto, Ontario, Canada intends to get our son, JINU R.
ALLASCON in Toronto, Ontario, Canada;

3. I hereby give my consent, freely and voluntarily, allowing my

son to travel abroad particularly in Toronto, Ontario, Canada
in the company of his father, Marlon M. Allascon and to be in
the care and custody of the latter;

4. I attest to the veracity of the foregoing statements.

OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT

I, RENERIO M. ALLASCON, of legal age, married, Filipino

cititzen and a resident of Ibung, Villaverde, Nueva Vizcaya, after
having been duly sworn in accordance with law hereby depose and
state THAT:

1. I am the guardian of the minor, JINU R. ALLASCON;

2. The aforenamed minor is presently under our care and

custody;

3. The said minor is solely dependent from his father,

MARLON M. ALLASCON for his financial support and
needs;

4. The aforesaid father is regularly sending money without

delay from Canada for the material needs of his son;

5. I attest to the veracity of the foregoing statements and

hereby execute this affidavit for all legal intent and
purposes.

I MARY JEANAREN RAGUAL, of legal age, single, Filipino

citizen and a resident of Curifang, Solano Nueva Vizcaya, after
having been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose
and state THAT:

1. I am the biological mother of the minor JINU R.

ALLASCON who was born on October 26, 2010;

2. I and MARLON M. ALLASCON who is the biological

father of the aforenamed minor are not legally married
since MARLON M. ALLASCON is married to another
woman, though he acknowledged the child as his own;

3. Since MARLON wanted to get our son in Canada where

he is presently residing, on which I consented, I am hereby
relinquishing the excise of my parental authority over my
son in favor of his father for his care, rearing and custody;

4. That I am executing this affidavit freely and voluntarily

and to further attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and
for whatever legal purpose or intent this may duly serve.
