Creating Contract:
SAP Menu Accounting-> Flexible Real Estate Management ->Create Contract-> Process Contract.

The Previous Parameters like contract type , the company code , Rental unit , business Partner , etc..
are displayed by default when creating the contract from the offer.

In Partner tab :

In the Partner tab Page the business partner is displayed here by default and the role is transferred

From the applicant role to the customer role and take another number.

In Term tab :

In the term tab page all the dates are transferred automatically from the offer .

This tab is used for informational purposes; it is displays the information about the contract whether it is
created from offer .

Notice it shows 3 things:

1-Rental unit

2-Search request

3-Offer.

Critical Date tab:


Here you enter the rules that the system uses for calculating resubmission dates

Press Create critical date rule .

Notice the Status is green which means the specified critical date did not come yet.

When the date come we check the done check box , so the status turned into black .

Notice that the condition which is assigned in the offer is displayed here by default, and more conditions
can be added.

Press insert to add more conditions, then press enter

Select the condition and enter the unit price;

The Cash flow is displayed as asked in the display icon

Display All Here you can specify which cash
flow items are displayed
When selecting:
1- All: All items are displayed.
2- Future: displays all items that
have a due date the same as or
after the date entered.
3-Past: displays all items that have
a due date the same as or before
the date entered

The Contract is created and a number is assigned .
