Structural Engineering Software. Following is our detailed proposal for our software solutions.

Single User `90,000/-

4 User `3,42,000/-

AMC Subscriptions:
AMC subscriptions can be annually renewed. AMC subscriptions would entitle you to on-line
support and problem solving. All upgrades to the software will be made available free of
cost within the subscription period.

Extended AMC additional 2 years:

AMC (for add. 2 yrs) PlanWin

Single User `27,000/-

4 User `97,200/-

Terms and conditions:

1. 100% advance payment.
2. 18% GST will be charged extra over the above mentioned prices.
3. Half day on-site training session can be provided at cost of `35,000/- + GST.
4. On-line support and problem solving within 12 months of purchase. This service will be
available on all S-cube working days from 10.00AM to 6.00 PM
5. Free upgrade to any new release within 12 months of purchase.
6. This proposal is valid for a period of three months from the date of receipt.
