charge after patrol observed a vehicle traveling West on Maple Street at a high
rate of speed. Radar confirmed the speed of the vehicle to be 45 MPH in a listed
30 MPH zone. During the stop, patrol detected the odor of consumed alcohol. The
subject was asked to complete a series of roadside sobriety tests in which he
failed. The subject was placed under arrest and transported to Potsdam Police
Department for processing. A breathalyzer determined the subjects BAC to be
.23%.
