Why SAP?
HFE was operating on local ERP Tally that is lacking tight
integration across modules. This was leading to adhoc
independent posting by user thereby leading to incorrect
reporting of inventory and accounting information to
the management.
In order to help the company standardize its operational
processes, they selected SAP ERP ECC 6.0 SAP- All-in-One
Solution with SAP SFINANCIALS 1503 for its scalability and
proven effectiveness of resolving integration issues.
Hence HFE management decided to go for SAP considering
the below mentioned objectives:
Streaming data flow and integration between the
processes
Reducing in operational cost
Inventory control at all levels
Control on material movements
Become more efficient by eliminating data redundancy
and errors
