inputs and the process of transformation and outputs in order to choose the appropriate characteristics for
each stage of the life cycle of a product.
Also I gained extensive knowledge in technical subjects such as choosing the best materials, the shape and
union between components, and financial issues such as market research, viability and costs.
Currently, I am doing my course conclusion work. The theme is Building Brands though Design.

Tecumseh of Brazil: Winter Internship Jul 2013

Working on the implementation of a new system called TOPS Tecumseh Optimized Production System,
which uses the tools of quality management for continuous improvement.
During this time, I created the 5 Principles TOPS, which was drawn on every information board to advise
the employees about how to effectively utilize and contribute to the new production system. It was
successful and sent to every global Tecumseh location.

Fundacin Real Madrid: Volunteer 2014

I worked in Real Madrid football matches providing a help for disabled people to access your place at the
stadium Santiago Bernabeu in order to ensure a great assistance for that they, with your family, could see
the game with the best standards of comfort.

Member at AAACSC (CAASO Athletic USP/So Carlos) Feb 2011-Dec 2013
Organization, with more than 600 members, responsible for all sporting activities of the university.
We hire coaches, raise funds, encourage the students to train, and organize competitions with over 3000
participants in different cities around the state of Sao Paulo.
Also member of Organizing Committees of Engenharadas (2012 and 2013) and CaipirUSP (2011 and 2012),
where, together with student organizations of other universities, I had to manage teams during numerous
college competitions.
Member of the Events Team (2011 and 2012): organized all university events in which there were between
1,000 to 9,000 students participating.
Member of the Marketing Team (2011 and 2012): to contact sponsors and to collected funds.
Founder of USP Recycles on Tusca 2012: track the life cycle of all products to have minimal impact.
Member of Athletic Solidarity 2012: social project in collaboration with the town Mayor.

Tusca is the biggest university sport event organized by students in Brazil (more than 15 thousand
participants), in collaboration with CAASO Athletics, UFSCar Athletics and So Carlos government.
I was responsible for leading the project, where I had to map the process, distribute resources, set the
deadlines and organize the work with other people. In order to successfully do so, we created a financial
plan to fund this project.
There were more than 40 suppliers (including sports and entertainment).
We operated this in 4 days. Every day, there are sports competition on the morning and entertainment on
the night.

Social and Events Manager 2013 at AAACSC Nov 2012-Dez 2013

Responsible for leading the events team: formed by 14 people, we organize all university events inside and
outside the Campus.
Representative of AAACSC in meetings with other university organizations as well as outside suppliers.
 Founder and speaker at the event "Athletes of the Year", which rewards the best athletes in the 32 modalities
organized by athletic. In this event, each team chooses by vote the most committed athletes with sports and
with the institution.

(Botafogo/RJ-Brazil), Julio Cesar (Sao Paulo/SP-Brazil) and others. We participated on big competitions, like
the South American and State league.
Athlete on university football: member and captain of the team over four years.
Winner of the Athletes of the Year Award in football modality in 2013 at my university.
