Things to bring:
1. Wear Sweat pants and T-Shirts (something comfortable to work in)
2. Please bring a Yoga Mat (Preferred, but Optional)
3. Bring a bottle of water or Gatorade
4. A towel (Preferred, but Optional)
5. Boxing / MMA Gloves (Preferred, but Optional)
6. Focus Mitts (Preferred, but Optional)
7. I will bring some training materials/props.
8. Signed waiver form (Must)
Note:
Please come down to the GYM after you drop your kids at 9:30-9:45
We will start with basic warm-ups and stretches
