Stoves and Ovens are cleaned internally, externally and empty $20

Main Hall:
Floor is swept clean and any spills are mopped up $30
Tables are washed, clean and stored back correctly (Six large tables are to be left out) $40
Chairs are stacked (12 high) and stored back correctly $40
Windows and Doors are shut and locked in hall $40
Lights, Fans, Heaters and Air Conditioners are all switched off $60
Decorations, sticky tape, blue tack etc. are all removed $60
Locked cupboards, draws and storage boxes are to remain secured and undamaged $60
Toilets:
Toilets are to be flushed and cleaned per toilet $10
Floors and vanities are cleaned and spills mopped up $20
All taps are to be turned off per tap $20
Lights switched off and windows are shut and locked $40
Rubbish:
It is the responsibility of the Hirer to remove all cigarette butts, food scraps, bottles, cans, papers, from
the verandah, driveways and grassed areas surrounding the hall and in the SMOKERS trays.
ALL rubbish is to be removed from the site. If the cost of removing rubbish exceeds the minimum
penalty, the full cost will be deducted from the bond. Minimum $60
