from zinc (Diameter: approximately 2 .) as to be
barely visible to the naked eye.
Whisker occurs due to electrogalvanizing perfo-

of the computer, where short circuits may cause
trouble like system error.

Special Electroconductive Pad

By using special electroconductive pad, damage of the shock-absorbing pad can

be reduced. Also, wax leakage causes conduction defects in the pedestal, and
the level failure of pedestals caused rattling can be reduced too.

Point contact on metal mesh convex can prevent conduction failure by purification
capacity, and the strong durability can reduce the rattling of the panel, and to sus-
tain a comfortable walking feeling.

 Warning
Instruction manual of each product will be given after installation. Before use, please read the instruction manual carefully
for its proper use and care, and keep this manual for ready reference.

Installation is done according to the conditions that provided. When a large amount of water is spilt, remove the panel and dry

Do not leave the panel opened, it will lead to an unexpected acc-

ident. Use fence to surround it to prevent accident.

Panels are designed to withstand the load that written in the pro-
duct specification. Do not drop any heavy object or jump on the
panel. This caused deformation or damage to the panel and pe-
destal.

Condensation occurs in a humid room or a long unused room.

Ensure sufficient ventilation to prevent rust and electric leakage.

Make adequate room between cables to prevent electric leakage.

Installation Warning

Load limitation is depending on the type of panel, please refer to the instruction manual.

When moving a heavy object on top of the panel, there are cases that the load of its own weight
or more is applied to the panel, and this will damage the panel and pedestal. Please refer the
protection method that written in instruction manual.
Due to the floor surface is soft, please cover the floor surface when using a trolley.
Do not drag the machine on the floor, it may damage the tiles covering the panels..
Use trolley carefully as not to occur sudden shock.

Installing a heavy objects on a small area of raised floor panel will occur deflection.
To prevent deformation and damage, additional strength is needed.

Please install heavy object carefully to avoid any sudden shock.

Sudden shock will cause deformation or damage to the panels or pedestals.

Maintenance

For long-term high performance of the Raised Floor, regular ma-
intenance (once in 2 or 3years) is needed.
Please contact us for details.
Clean the carpet tiles with a vacuum cleaner for daily care.
When coffee or sauce is spilled on the carpet, wipe it immedia-
tely with a wet rag.
If the stains could not be remove, wash the carpet tiles with ne-
utral detergent diluted with water. Dry it adequately before using
them again. Replace new carpet if become seriously dirty.
If use carpet tiles that not suggested by us, please refer to the
company s manual.
Apply antistatic wax before using the tiles. In standard install-
ation, antistatic wax is not applied at the completion of instal-
lation.
Antistatic wax protects the tiles from damage or stains.
Use antistatic wax specified by the manufacturer. The use of
other products causes lowering in antistatic effect.

For daily care, clean the antistatic tiles with a vacuum cleaner
and then wipe them with a rag.
When using cleaner and remover, move the panels elsewhere.
The solvent may cause rust on the pedestal.

Change of layout and others

In case of minor changes, please follow the instruction manual.
If area is expanded during renovation, extra outlet boxes and reinforcement work will be needed. Please contact us.
Please contact us when panel cutout construction associated with the arrangement change of equipment is needed.
As for the accessories including outlet boxes, please read manual of the product.

HIRING II Method

Complete steel beam reinforcement is made possible through the

use of HIRING, a simple-shaped steel attachment. This method gives
steel beams excellent seismic resistance while maintaining an attra-
ctive shape.

It also significantly reduces the work period and the cost of steel
work as compared to traditional methods.

We confirmed the bearing capacity and deformation types by undertaking

actual experiments to reproduce the real load. We demonstrated the results
that a steel beam reinforced by Hiring II Method (3) becomes less buckled

HIBUILDAM is a passive hydraulic vibration control device that ab-

sorbs building vibration by using the fluid resistance of oil.
