The Project Management Team, or simply PMT, is a department of PMBI in which its
main purpose is to manage construction projects within the resources,
while managing relationships with the owner, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and/or local
building officials in meeting the owners desired goals. Implicitly, PMT acts as the owners
representative in dealing with affairs regarding construction projects to meet the owner best
interest.
WORKFLOW

1. PMT will receive the billing from the contractor upon the completion of its essential
attachments.
General Contractors are rendered by the owner to meet its desired goals, particularly on
the construction of projects. PMT are the front-liner for the sourcing of contractors and suppliers
to serve the best interest of the owner. Coordination is consistent to ensure harmonious
relationships. Enumerated below are some essential duties of PMT:
1. PMT generally invites contractors those who want to bid on a particular scope of
works, usually determined by the owner.
2. PMT will require contractors to submit pertinent documents in order for PMT to
evaluate the qualifications of the contractor. PMT will source at least 3 contractors. In
conjunction, contractors are required to pass their bid price on a particular scope.

PMT are responsible to initiatively inspect the works of its contractors to ensure its
quality in compliance on the construction drawings. However, contractors must also submit
Inspection and Work Requests (IWR) and/or Concrete Pouring Request (CPR) prior to
commencement of works. Procedure as follows:
