A RESOLUTION FOR COLLECTING THE SUM OF SIX HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-FIVE
PESOS (Php. 675.00) FOR SEMINAR REGISTRATION OF STUDENTS AND
TRANSPORTATION CONSECUTIVELY

WHEREAS, the Junior Philippine Society of Mechanical Engineers (JPSME) is one of the sectoral
organization of the college of engineering, whose powers and duties are provided for by the University of
Perpetual Help System DALTA Supreme Student Council constitution and by-laws; other rules and
regulations; and policies prescribed by the concerned school authorities;

WHEREAS, the JPSME, maintains a bank account at the University Savings and Loan Bank which has
an Account No. INSERT BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER HERE;

WHEREAS, the JPSME organized the National Mechanical Engineering Students Convergence 2017
with the theme RESONANCE. Unite. Move. Amplify. that will be held on September 23, 2017 at the
University of the Philippines Diliman Campus;

WHEREAS, JPSME-UPHSD will collect SIX HUNDRED and SEVENTY-FIVE PESOS (Php. 675.00)
from the students for registration and transportation consecutively to be used for the said activity;

NOW, therefore be it resolved as it is hereby resolved by the officers of the JPSME UPHSD A.Y.
2017-2018, that the resolution for the collection of the amount of SIX HUNDRED and SEVENTY-FIVE
PESOS (Php. 675.00) shall be approved;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the amount of SIX HUNDRED and SEVENTY-FIVE PESOS (Php.
675.00) shall be collected after the approval of this resolution;
