iv Rules : The Kumite & Kata competition are using the most current rules of
MAKAF & PUTRAJAYA KARATE.

v Referees : State / Makaf qualified referees / judges

vi Expenses : a) Participants Fee

RM30 per contestant

b) Airfare
Each participant is responsible for airline ticket from and to Kuala
Lumpur.

c) Accommodation
Each participant is responsible for their accommodation.

Vi Equipments : Competitors are request to bring their own fist guards (mitts), belts
& gum shield (Compulsory).

Ix Healthcare : The committee provides medical supports which are consisting of

Support medical assistance, medical equipments (Plus Ambulance) and
emergency kits in the venue.

X Notice : Each participant will be receiving 1 T/Shirts upon registration,

however the T/Shirts only be given after collecting the
participants fee.

The Organising Committee wish to inform that due to unlimited

entries is each category; the T/Shirts are only given for those
names who submitted on or before the dead line.

CHAMPIONSHIP INVITATION
- 9th Malaysian Schools Open Karate Championship 2008

The Persatuan Karate Wilayah Persekutuan, Putrajaya, as hosts for the 9th
Malaysian Schools Open Karate Championship 2008, eagerly invites your good
association to participate in the above championship.

This championship, organised annually by the Persatuan Karate Hayashi-Ha &

Persatuan Karate Wilayah Persekutuan, Putrajaya, is one of the initiatives to
develop the sport of Karate as well as to promote promising young karatekas in
Malaysia.

This years championship from 16th to 18th May 2008 will be held at the Cheras
Badminton Stadium, Kuala Lumpur. The registration form which gives all
relevant information is duly attached. Forms can also be downloaded from
www.makaf.net. Kindly note that the deadline for submission of registration forms
is 5th May 2008. Any registration forms received subsequently will unfortunately
not be entertained.

championship. For your information the 7th Malaysian Schools Open Karate
