3 Clean return air filters.

4 Ensure Chilled water Inlet and Outlet valves are in fully open condition.

5 Check for any cable / wire colour change in the panel and rectify if so.

6 Log Load current and compare with last P.M. conducted.

Ensure functioning of chilled water outlet line actuator by increasing the return
7 air temperature setting in front panel. Actuator top knob should be rotated and
shaft will be moved till the actuator is opened 100%

8 Check the condition of blower V-belt for any damage and replace if so

9 Record PAC running hours.

10 Record the Alarm indicates in the Event Log

11 Check the drain water line and water hose condition

12 Check the Dehumidifier,and Heater are working normaly.

13 Ensure there is no abnormal noise & heat from fan motor.

14 Check and tight all the electrical connections. Check the isolator connection also.
Check the dampers actuator are ease to open and close if required lubricate.

Check and Ensure all the dampers are open after P.M.
Check and Ensure the equipment is properly working after the completion of

Preventive Maintenance.
17 Ensure housekeeping after PM completed
