PPM Check List for Air Scrubber

1 Isolate the incoming source and apply LOTO. M
Make sure that supply is not available at the i/p terminal of the

3 Check and clean the unit in general M
Blower Motor
4 Check the V belt condition and proper alignment M
5 Check and log motor current in amperes M
6 Check for any abnormal noise and rectify if so. M

7 Check and Tight the Control panel connections. M

8 Check the tightness of the motor cable terminal at both ends. M
Check for cable colour change in the fan motor terminals and rectify
9 M
if so.

PUMP MOTOR
10 Check the motor terminals and tight the terminal connections M
11 Check the pump for water leakage and arrest if so M
12 Check and log motor current in amperes M
Scrubber unit
13 Drain the water and clean the tank&Filters F

14 Clean the fins walls with soap solution F

15 Check and clean the water nozzles F

16 Top up the water and check the system F
