AN APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF THE BAIL U/S 438 OF THE

CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CODE, 1973.

The applicant respectfully submits as under.

1. That the FIR nostands registered at the police station against the applicant,
applicants father Shri..
2. That the said FIR has been got registered by the wife of the applicant alleging
false facts of the harassment and cruelty for demand of dowry in the complaint.
3. That the said FIR is false on the face of it as the marriage of the applicant took
place on.at .as per Hindu rites and ceremonies , but no dowry articles were
given by the parents of the wife .
4. That after the marriage, the applicant along with his wife lived at the matrimonial
home for about one month. And at no point of time any dowry demand was made
by the applicant or on his behalf by anybody else.
5. That the offence is cognizable in nature, applicant is apprehending arrest at the
hands of police of the police station.it is in the interest of justice that the
applicant is admitted to anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest.

6. That the applicant undertakes to abide any of condition imposed by this court for
admitting the applicant to anticipatory bail.

7. It is therefore prayed that it is in the interest of justice that the applicant is

admitted to anticipatory bail and directions are issued to the police officials of the
police station.that in the event of arrest of the applicant, he is released on bail.
