Scope of duties consists of providing Project Management and Budget Planning involved in technology initiatives,
projects, and deployments for complete IT transfer. Responsibility include finances and budget of $20 million for US/UK,
hands on design, build, and deployment of equipment, Operations, Disaster Recovery, IT Processes (ITIL/HIPAA/SOX),

Senior Project Manager/IT Consultant that managed datacenters and several global projects across 12 regional locations
in U.S., Mexico, Haiti, Caribbean, and Europe. Projects included the corporate migration of 6033 users to MS Exchange
2010, Windows 7, implement high availability backup system using VNX/VMWare, and Disaster Recovery functionality.
Managed project that migrated emails from Lotus Notes/Domino to Exchange/Outlook 2010. Migration
included the transfer of emails and attachments (50TB) to users for same day use and conversions between
email systems. Project completed 100% in 9 months, ahead of schedule and within budget plan.
Completed high availability systems for several regions and first Disaster Recovery test for U.S. and Caribbean
operational companies. DR test was successful with recovery in 24 hours and use of new systems.

Senior Project Manager that successfully restarted a major global project to merge and consolidate two corporate
systems into one global infrastructure. Project encompassed 2 companies, 18 different architecture systems, 11
datacenters and various local offices. All systems and infrastructure were merged into 1 common technology, 6 global
datacenters and new centralized corporate applications.
Completed project that merged systems into 2 US datacenters without issue or budget change. Worked on 3rd
datacenter in UK that consolidated and provided redundancy to US datacenters. 3 datacenter completed within
7 months, with other UK datacenter in Singapore underway. 0% impact to budget and no issues to end users.
Manage project that consolidated emails to Exchange with data migrations to new datacenters. Project
managed and transferred all internetwork messages to Message center with full support and all email data.
Worked on team that configured Windows and UNIX server and switches to new T3 circuit. Circuit completion
in 3 months with all systems migrated without downtime or project increase.
Managed project meetings and provided reporting with Clarity and SharePoint.

regulations, merge technologies, and migrate all liquidated companies and systems into NY Bureau environment.

Established an IT Governance Structure for managing projects with other state liquidators. NY Bureau
Representative for the federal project on CMS Medicare Reporting Committee for Guarantee
Insurances/Liquidators. Manage system upgrade and application changes, and deployment of servers for

Renegotiated IBM lease contract on new AS400 systems and provided a 4 years complete maintenance on all
production and DR systems with 15% cost reduction. Contract includes support for data replication for offsite

Designed and managed a comprehensive document retention imaging project, for the Legal Division, that
developed/installed imaging system to record and store all medical, insurance, and financial documents.

Senior Project Manager taking charge of several projects involving datacenter, department and office relocations. Managed relocations
of staff and equipment, build and installation of networks, datacenters, and facilities, and conducted project meetings. Relocations
included installations and/or upgrades of Voice and AV equipment.
Managed and Hands-on Design of Global Technology Infrastructure that resulted in centralizing
telecommunications, Internet access, security, and data storage/warehousing. New infrastructure cut telecom
expenses by $1.5 million, saved $600,000 in support costs, and improved quality and customer service by 150%.
Directed and controlled 25 multiple projects, including 1,100 staff department relocation to network/datacenter
builds. Responsibility included management of technology enhancements, budgets, and IT relocation to
datacenter relocations and Disaster Recover. All projects completed as planned and on budget, meeting staff,
supply and vendor needs.
Managed major Voice-over-IP implementation involving 2 major call centers and several business facilities for a
major service company. Implementation involved on-site development and deployment of redundant host PBX
and VoIP deployment for 1,100 desktop stations, call center systems, and management, and functional business

VP of National Infrastructure
Built IT department from scratch, with accountability for supervising a 35-member IT staff, vendors and consultants, and consolidating
all technology, infrastructure, and budget to one department. Primary duties focused on planning and managing a $15.3 million
budget, deploying Security/SOX/ITIL compliance, control of $5 million IT procurement, 20 major IT projects, and overseeing all technical
changes (Infrastructure, desktops, telecommunications, applications) and information processing for the organization.
Transformed the technical group in 6 months into a global strategic IT department supporting 4,000 staff
globally, and assumed responsibility and management of all Lee, Hecht, Harrisons IT systems, datacenters and
recovery processes. Slashed operational expenses by $2 million and increased services by 200% in 4-months.
Restructured the IT Department and planned/implemented the installation of Lee Hecht Harrisons new WAN
networks, accomplishing the following: 1) Consolidated networks for 87 offices and 4000 users, centralized all
data to one datacenter, centralized IT services, created Single Sign-On, and resolved 90% security issues; 2)
Implement ITIL/SOX requirements; 3) Reduced $1.5 million expenses and centralize all infrastructure, security,
and Disaster Recovery; and 4) Cut additional $2 million without disruption to business in all offices and to
remote users.
Managed and performed the datacenter migration project that moved equipment to a new facility in a new
state within 2 days, successful resuming operations on start of normal business day. This effort generated more
than $5 million in savings over 5 years and brought staff together on future technology projects.
Installed HP Proliant Blade servers and Storage arrays for full high availability system, resulting in downtime
statistics of <1% per month (1 hour) per month due to as-is maintenance needs.
Instituted comprehensive IT security plan and developed a 3-year IT strategy that met company objectives and
complied with SOX regulations. Brought company into compliance, cutting additional $1.3 million in expense in
1st year and maintaining budget reduction of additional $1 million over next 3 years.
Successfully managed/performed complex WAN infrastructure projects, organizing departments, vendors, and
resources to complete the conversion 3 months ahead of schedule without service interruption. New WAN
provided central management of all systems and reduced office support expenses by $2 million per year.
Managed 16-member cross-function team in development of next generation Customer Management System,
with conversion of all customer/client data from MS Solomon to MS SQL. Completed project on time, less than
5% startup problems, and increased accuracy in customer billing/reporting by 85%, meeting SOX requirements.
