How to answer the Question

1. Please answer the question only in English.

2. Do not answer with YES/NO or short sentences. You must elaborate your answer and
prove/show the evidence in your answer. We have provided a guideline on how to answer
the questions. Please read carefully the top row of the table. You must structure your
answers in the column provided based on the heading of the table. For example, some of
the questions are required you to use the STAR to structure your answers.

- S = Situation : Explain the situation

- T = Task : Explain the task (duty/job) that you have to do
- A = Action : Explain the Action (say or do) that you have taken to
fulfill or complete the task
- R = Result : Explain what was achieved as results of your action
