05:00 p.m. Afternoon tea

07:30 p.m. Evening chanting and meditation (Saturdays at 07:00 p.m.)

The above schedule generally applies six days a week.

Guests will be informed in advance of any changes to the above schedule.

Every Saturday the evening meeting starts at 07:00 p.m. and is extended with a Dhamma talk
or a group dialogue (until around 09:00 p.m.).

We explicitly do not offer individual retreats, but instead encourage our guests to participate
fully in the daily activities of the monastic community. Besides that there is always plenty of
time available for personal study and meditation (in the mediation hall or elsewhere).

During the monastic winter retreat period (January until March) and during the so called Quiet
weeks which take place three times a year, the daily routine will be adapted slightly.
