ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR & ASSISTANT PROFESSOR
(DIRECT RECRUITMENT)

Important Notes:
1. This application form is an editable Word document, and the applicants should fill up by
Paste a recent
typing the same using 12 point Times New Roman/Arial font. Passport Size
2. Complete and correct information against each item should be entered. Incomplete Photograph
applications may result in rejection of the same.
3. Employed Persons should forward their applications through proper channel. Candidates
can also submit advance copy and produce NOC at the time of interview.
4. Seven Printed Copies of the application (A 4 size paper) should be submitted. Please do
not attach original documents. Print out should be taken only on one side of the paper.
5. As this application form is for multiple posts, the information relevant to the post only
needs to be filled in.
6. All candidates will have to make a presentation of minimum 10 minutes for teaching skills.
Candidates can select the relevant topic for presentation.
7. The qualifications for the teaching post shall be strictly as per the UGC Regulations on
Minimum Qualifications for Appointment of Teachers and Academic Staff in Universities.
Amendments with regard to qualifications made by the UGC shall be binding to the
candidates.
8. The API score claimed by the applicant under category III shall be used only as an eligibility
criteria. The selection and consideration of API shall be governed by the resolution of
Executive Council of MK Bhavnagar University, dated 24/11/2014 and it shall be binding for
the candidate.
9. All candidates will have to enclose a draft of Rs. 1000/- (Rs. 500 for SC/ST) in favour of
Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University Fund Account'.
10. Printed copies of the application should be sent by Registered Post / Speed Post, in a sealed
envelop superscribed with Application for the post of _______________________ to The
Registrar, M.K.Bhavnagar University, Bhavnagar 364 001. Candidates can also hand-
deliver the application at the University office.
11. All attached documents, with this application, should be given page number on top right hand
side. These numbers will be required to be filled in the application form. The page numbers in
