Consortium Manager, Adult Education Block Grant (AEBG) Initiative
(Grant Administration, Project Management, Education, Outreach, Advocacy)

Responsible for coordination, oversight and quarterly and annual reporting of activities and expenditures funded by
Adult Education Block Grant (AEBG) funding ($14M+ annually) at seven school districts, the County Office of Ed u-
cation and three local colleges. Served as Project Director over $520K Data and Accountability funds exploring inte-
grated, county-wide solutions, ensuring compliance with reporting and data sharing of WIOA and AEBG elements.

Achievements:
Understand each districts programs and goals, and ensure alignment with consortium goals.
Work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive change and positive outcomes, communicating
complex topics and concepts to audiences of varying knowledge levels.
