REVIVAL AT ROBISON TERRACE

Robison Terrace Apartments would like to thank Pastor Jacqueline Cannon and the members of Nash Full Gospel
Holy Temple for conducting a three night revival on September 13th - 15th. Everything was wonderful!
Robison Terrace hosted a September 9/11 Luncheon on
September 11th. Mrs. Barbara Lewis of Robison Terrace
brought her pictorial memorial book of 9/11 to share with the
residents of the tragedy that befell on so many that day.
Everyone had a wonderful time and was quite full of
refreshments of nachos and juice when it was over.

sent home with a Tuesday folder that contains a lot of important information including information about schoolwork, grades, and
upcoming events. Be sure and check it every Tuesday evening to help you stay connected and up-to-date with your students education.

Domestic Violence Prevention, Inc. has been serving the Texarkana region since 1979 with education, intervention and support
for thousands of victims of emotional, physical & sexual abuse and assault.
Some facts to consider:
One in every three women will experience domestic violence in her lifetime. An estimated 1.3 million women are victims of
physical assault by an intimate partner each year. 30% to 60% of perpetrators of intimate partner violence also abuse children in
the household.
The primary goals of DVP are:
To break the cycle of violence by providing a safe alternative to a violent home and by providing education, counseling, and
support services to clients and their children.
To provide full sexual assault accompaniment services to victims of sexual assault to promote recovery from the assault and
prosecution of the perpetrators.
To provide education and awareness to the community concerning domestic violence and sexual assault.
To inform the community about the need and concerns of the victims of physical and /or sexual abuse.
